God calls his people into covenant all throughout scripture.  God promises to take care of his people and people promise to honor God with how they live.

Jesus entered our world and the covenant was once again extended but with a broader invitation- whoever believes in Jesus- that Jesus is God's Son will be included in the people of God.

Now God's people worship in multitudes of languages and in communities across the globe.  We enter that community by testimony of faith usually with baptism.  

One way to review that commitment to Jesus and his people is through covenant- a text based on scripture that describes what life together as a church includes.

We will be reviewing a covenant together for the next few weeks.
